Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges on items that meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Timeframe for Returns

You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Beyond this timeframe, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] or call 16538702091 to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item(s).
  3. Packaging: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible) along with the completed Return Authorization form.
  4. Shipping: Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item received, defective item).

Refund Process

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return request. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will process a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item(s) for a replacement or refund.
